His father Abdhullah,  passed away before
his birth. His mother, Amina passed away
while he was a young child, whom she
named Muhammad, and  his foster mother,  
Halima kept him in earlier years before he
was orphaned.  His grandfather named him
Ahmad. Afterwards he was raised by his
grandfather, Abdul-Muttalib
