WHAT WE DO:
  • We keep a record of Muslim Marriages & Divorces throughout the United States, which allows us to know when
    and where a person was married or divorced, how many times that person was married or divorced and
    determine if that person is lawful for marriage.
  • In the past there have been no centralized record keeping system to track and document these events amongst
    USA Muslims and no source for those concerned to check on the legitimacy of a potential zauj, causing the
    community to simply have to rely on the word of the potential mates, and because of this there have been times
    when 'people' have caused Imams and others who do wedding to perform ceremonies for 'people' who should
    not in fact be in such ceremonies.
We've had reports of Muslims being married in what they thought was sincere committed relationships only to  come
home
  1. a months or weeks later to find their mate disappeared, the bank account depleted, the car gone and the house
    stripped of all furnishing. We've gotten such reports from a number of cities in USA.
  2. We've heard of other who marry zaujan from other states and in a matter of days of weeks, after a sizeable
    dower is paid, the spouse get 'home sick' and insist on leaving, not just the home but the marriage.
  3. Other report is of one party marrying the other and then falsely accusing the mate who owns the house or
    apartment of abuse and seeking restraining orders from the civil courts to cause the owner of the property to
    not be able to get back into his own house. We've gotten a number or reports of this, especially in the mid-
    Atlantic states.
  4. If you know of people who abuse Muslims and our religion is such a way please send us that information. We
    want to expose it for the protection of the community.


These seem, at this time, based on reports to us, to be the most prevalent 'schemes!' We know there are others.

     We issue MUSLIM Marriage AND MUSLIM Divorce CERTIFICATES based on legitimate, verifiable, information
    coming to us and can often issue either Muslim Marriage or Divorce Certificate upon receipt of a sworn,
    'notarized,' statement which would included the name of the parties married, along with other information
    required on the 'Application for Marriage Certificate.' We can issue Divorce Certificates in the same
    manner.
