HOW YOU CAN GET A MARRIAGE OR DIVORCE CERTIFICATE:
Option #1: Submit the completed Application for Marriage Certificate. Copy and mail Sworn Affidavit for Marriage or Sworn Affidavit for Divorce, which is appropriate for your circumstance. Documents must be signed and notarized. Based upon that document we can issue a Marriage or Divorce Certificate to the parties named in the document which will be mailed to the party placing the order.
The regular separate $10.00 filing fee is waived when you are ordering a Certificate 'at time of filing.'

MARRIAGE:
Fill our and submit appropriate Marriage Registration Form and mail appropriate Marriage Affidavit according to instructions, with required fee or have masjid follow the same procedure and submit for you. We can verify Marriage Registration thru e-mail. Fill out appropriate form to Announce marriage as well. Affidavit not required for marriage 'ANNOUNCE.'
DIVORCE:
Fill out appropriate Divorce Registration Form and mail appropriate Divorce Affidavit according to instructions with required fee or have masjid follow the same procedure and submit for you. We can verify Divorce Registration thru e-mail. Fill out appropriate form to announce Divorce, as well. Affidavit not required for Divorce 'ANNOUNCE.'
IDDAH:
Fill out the appropriate Iddah Registration Form and appropriate Iddah Affidavit according to instructions and submit required fee or have masjid follow the same procedure and submit for you. We can verify Iddah Registration thru e-mail, but we do NOT announce iddah.
Send by regular mail $10.00. We accept M.O., Cashier's Check and Certified Check ONLY. Allow 14 days for processing registration after fee clearance.
